We converted our garage creating a door way into the garage from the house. Sectioning into 3 rooms- office/spare room, utility, and downstairs toilet/showerroom. With a loft hatched and boarded area for storage
Everything was built and fitted. Including laying the flooring, fitting the utility cupboards and the bathroom (we supplied). The only things not included was the tiling and painting.
As a female I was comfortable with all the workmen in the house and were all kind and considerate.
Everything was left clean and tidy everyday.
